Second Accuser Creates Kavanaugh Chaos

The New Yorker’s Ronan Farrow reports that Democrats are investigating a story from one of Brett Kavanaugh’s freshman classmates at Yale classmate with sketchy memories of a sexually-charged party game. Farrow checked with several classmates she said were there, none of whom recalled the incident. His roommate, James Roche, said he never witnessed Kavanaugh engage in any sexual misconduct, but did recall him being “frequently, incoherently drunk.”

If that weren’t enough, Michael Avenetti claims to re representing more witnesses, to what he didn’t say. Josh Marshall has a roundup of Sunday night’s developments.

    When the Dems take over they should impeach him for perjury and have him removed from whatever court he is on.

    I don’t think judges can be impeached–although I vaguely recall an ‘Impeach Earl Warren’ movement from my ute.

    Knowing a second accuser was coming forward, GOP Sentors tried to rush Kavanugh vote:

    Senior staffers of Senate Republicans knew about Deborah Ramirez’s sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as early as last week, resulting in their bosses pushing to hold Kavanaugh’s confirmation vote sooner, according to a Sunday New Yorker report.
