FBI Once Again Reveals Bias Against Criminals

Filed in National by on August 9, 2018

Rep. Christopher Collins, a Republican congressman from New York, was arrested Wednesday by the FBI merely for participating in a criminal insider-trading scheme to sell the shares of an Australian biotechnology company before the public disclosure of a failed drug trial.

Meanwhile Hillary Clinton has still not been arrested for anything in spite of a great many Fox News viewers clamoring for her arrest. Make sense out of that.

The good part is that there are 6 other potential targets besides Collins, all Republicans. When greed is your mantra it’s hard to pass up a “good thing” even if it gets you thrown out of office. Having said that criminals seem to do fairly well in Republican primaries as of late.

True. And Christopher Collins’ district is so gerrymandered that he could probably win campaigning from his jail cell.

Nevertheless, it is clear that anywhere Republicans gather is a high crime area.

And Collins said last night that he wouldn’t discuss the case any more in public. Which is all anyone will want to ask him about. What was that phrase from the Watergate era? A ‘ modified limited hang-out’? Something like that.
