Breaking: Resolution Calling For KHN Resignation Passes NCC Council

By a vote of 10-3, according to the WDEL story.  Three no votes were KHN, Bill Powers and Dave Tackett.

Karen Hartley-Nagle said prior to the vote that she would not resign.  She delivered remarks after the vote, but all the council members other than Bob Weiner walked out and did not listen to her remarks.
