    That first line resonates with today’s scandals: “Now that your picture’s in the paper being rhythmically admired.”

    The backing band, by the way, is not the Attractions but Clover, otherwise known as Huey Lewis’ backing band, The News.

    Song after song… A great album produced in the waning days of the great record album.

    I was mesmerized by the cover art when I was a kid. It hung high in the record department of the Nichols Discount City in Dover, and the absolute “Don’t give a fuck” of the anti-rock star picture and brash yellow and black touched my soul. That picture was my first encounter with a punk esthetic.
