By The Time Trump Gets To Phoenix…: A political rally in August after just what went down? Remember, he  thrives on chaos.  I fear this could get real ugly.  He wants those pictures on TV and in social media. Oh, and then there’s Joe Arpaio, who Trump just may pardon. Trump wants violence so he can blame the protestera, not the racist thugs who adore him.

Susan Bro: Her Words Are Heroic.  She was in awe of her daughter. I’m in awe of her.

Sen. Manchin Ain’t Playin’ Trump’s Game.  Not going to the Energy Department.  At this point, who would sign up to work in that administration?

Carneynomics: Everything’s Private Except The Money.  What a clusterbleep this thing is. Read what dim bulb Bryon Short has to say: Hey, it’s just like the Blood Bank so it’s not FOIAable.

Who Bannon Will Aim His ‘Weapons’ At.  Pretty much everyone who remains in this clusterbleep of an administration.

Trump Created Civil War Memorial At Golf Course… For A Battle That Never Took Place. I can’t make this stuff up.

What do you want to talk about?

??? That is horseshit. From my understanding of Delaware’s FOIA law, any entity that receives public funds must keep open records of their meetings and minutes etc. including the Blood Bank.

The new DEDO P3 is ONLY exempted from this mandate because of the specific FOIA waiver in the legislation that Bryon was a party to creating:

    Q. Why does the alt-right rally around Confederate statues?
    A. Because we don’t have any statues of Hitler.

  3. Matt Bittle updated the failure of John Carney to appoint a cabinet secretary for labor based on them waiting for the racism in the department investigation report:

“Jonathan Starkey, a spokesman for Gov. Carney, said in January Dr. Gilliam-Johnson, who was confirmed by the Senate in January 2016 under then Gov. Jack Markell and is one of five holdovers from his administration, would continue serving as secretary of labor while a review of discrimination within in the agency is conducted.

Once that examination is finished, Mr. Starkey said, the governor would select a permanent secretary, which could be Dr. Gilliam-Johnson. That person would then be confirmed by the Senate. Mr. Starkey said at the time he did not know when that would be. Contacted recently, he reiterated those statements.”
