Skinny Repeal Goes Down! McCain (finally) does the right thing. Didn’t see that coming.  And, yes, Trump went nuts on teh Twitter.

Russia Ratchets Up Diplomatic Pressure On Sanctions.  This bromance is sure going well. Will Trump veto the sanctions bill?

Steve Bannon’s Off-The-Books Press Office. I guess ‘volunteers’ aren’t just for Tony DeLuca any more. And, yes, just like DeLuca’s arrangement, this one’s illegal as well. Wonder if this one, at least, will be investigated.

Mooch’s Profanity-Laden Tirade Against…Everybody But Him And Trump. Mooch then blames the reporter for printing his unsolicited rant. He’s Trump’s linguistic doppelganger. How long can they co-exist?

The Future of The Democratic Party? Color me skeptical and suspicious. Beloved by the generals and…David Gergen.

Just How Many Slush Funds Are There In Wilmington?  Hey, I’m all for scholarships for deserving students. And grants to deserving organizations.  But when they come from elected officials, it has all the earmarks of vote-buying. Is this really how taxpayers’ money should be spent?

What do you want to talk about?

As Micheal Moore said, we all expected it to be bad, but we didn’t expect it to be a firehose of shit in our faces every day.

Every journalist who works at the White House should ask, “Does this align with Steve Bannon’s Illegal off the books press office’s position?” As a follow up to every non-answer that Huckabee Sanders gives.

My thanks to admin. I didn’t think you’d get to it so soon, like overnight. Being dyslexic, a bit, this new format sure has me scrambling to find everything, but thanks. I was sooooo tired of seeing his puffy face every day everywhere inc. Del. Lib.

Russia wants to go back to bad old days, telling US to get out of two Moscow storage facilities and cut embassy staff. Just as in the cold war. But when you’ve been caught red handed with your hand in our cookie jar, you don’t get to keep playing your game…if Obama is president. If the big Cheetoh is in charge, all bets are off. Let’s hope Exxon can talk sense to POTUS and not cave in to Russian demands. How’s Putin now, big Cheetoh? Still admire him? What a miserable excuse for a republican you are…

The future of the Democratic Party?

Yeah “oooh ,he’s a war hero.” doesn’t fly with Democrats and Republicans will find some bullshit to swiftboat him.

Kinda sounds like that guy that ran in Delaware, whats-his-name?

  5. alby says:

Yeah, socially liberal and fiscally conservative ain’t gonna cut it as a “new Democrat.” That’s the sucks-for-America party we have now.

  6. Tom Kline says:

So now Obamacare dies an even more embarrassing death. Very sad…

Why Black Lives Matter is so important — it’s the point of the spear on the erosion of the Fourth Amendment in the name of the “war” on “drugs.” The truth is that to police, in certain situations, their own lives come first. When innocents come to be perceived as deadly threats, we get situations like the one below:

    http://www.philly.com/philly/business/cannabis/Well-never-be-the-same-How-a-hydroponic-tomato-garden-inspired-cops-to-raid-a-familys-home.html

Or the one yesterday about the innocent person shot and killed through his door when police raided the wrong house. Or the one this morning about an emotionally disturbed 16-year-old being brought to a care facility shot and killed by police. It’s not as deadly for white people, but it all springs from the same source: Lack of accountability.

No offense, but I preferred the old DL format/ design better.
Might be a good DL poll question…

I always hate a new theme for a few weeks, then I get over it.

Everyone hates a new theme for a few weeks. FWIW – This one comes across better on mobile.
