Breaking: JFC Restores Grants-In-Aid Funding

Well, 80% of that funding, according to WDEL.  They couldn’t have done that if they didn’t have good reason to believe that some sort of deal has been struck.

Meaning that, at least as far as grants-in-aid are concerned, some sort of deal has been struck.

    They keep raising taxes on diminishing consumables. Look at philly with the soda tax. ita all smoke and mirrors. It’s a freaking joke and they are all walking around congratulating each other on their hard work over a week.
