    Thanks for posting this, J.

  2. JTF says:

Are there any financials available for this group? Would be interested to see who’s giving and where the money is going.

  3. Jason330 says:

What a cynic. The group is less than 5 months old.

  4. JTF says:

    Hello pot.

  5. RE Vanella says:

Network Delaware is actually two things. One is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit. The other is a political arm with other stringent rules associated. All the filings have been done, so yeah it’s transparent and available.

I personally have made donations and will continue to do. Actually if you attend this event you can meet me in person. Whether that attracts you to this or keeps you away, that’s on you.

  6. JTF says:

    See, Jason. That’s an answer.

  7. RE Vanella says:

In Jason’s defense, I did like his answer.

Just a word of advice. Political advocacy/lobbying or supporting candidates is only allowed for a 501(c) 4. which can be an offshoot of a 501(c)3 but separately filed and licensed.

  9. RE Vanella says:

Exactly. The ‘4’ bit is the politically stringent part. The other is the other.

Rep Kowalko, I hope to be in touch soon. Speaking of advocating… we need you. I have an idea.
