    This article from Philly.com about the planned expansion of the Port of Philadelphia, with hundreds of millions in already-approved state funding, is why expanding the Port of Wilmington is pissing tax money up a rainpipe.

    We are a small player fighting two much better-funded opponents in Philly and Jersey. That’s why the last private group that wanted to use the port wanted it for a coal depot, a dirty proposition nobody wants.
