I am obsessing a bit this morning over the DSEA article. WTF? Do all roads in Delaware politics point back to the usual suspects? Yes. They. Do. YEEEEEEESH. Looking at the make up of DSEA reveals some serious water carrier surrogates for the status quo. What are the odds that this is a purposeful block against Matthews? I would say those odds are very good.
