Do you get it now Tom Carper? At long last, do you fucking get it?

Tom Carper, do you finally understand? Vote NO on everything and resist this President or you are a collaborator in his reign of madness. Carper

But by collaborating with Republicans, Delaware’s banks/insurance/pharma companies mignt be able to squeeze a little more juice from the remnants of the American middle class.

  2. nemski says:

I was looking at his press releases the other day. Apparently, Trump may have made Carper a Democrat at last.

  3. This must extend to any and all judicial nominees that Trump puts forth. He is already trying to claim that Executive Orders supersede judicial decisions.

Any judge he nominates could well subscribe to that unconstitutional argument.

No judges, no more cabinet secretaries (wasn’t the DHS secretary already confirmed? How’s that working out?).

We are dealing with something that has never happened in this country.

NO MORE REACHING ACROSS THE AISLE.

OH, AND SENATOR BEST FRIEND OF ISRAEL, WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON THIS?

    Lead or leave now.

  4. bamboozer says:

May the first hand to “reach across the aisle” be cut off and mounted on a pike. Coons seems to have gotten the point, I doubt if carper ever will as I trust him just as much as I trust Carney.

  5. pandora says:

Tom Carper will attend the protest at PHL today.

I’ll be at @PHLAirport at 2:00pm today to speak with officials and demand that refugees are not detained or denied entry. #RefugeesWelcome

Haven’t heard from Sen. Coons or Rep, Blunt-Rochester yet. Please contact them. Thanks.

  6. bamboozer says:

Contact them all, if the person who answers the phone does not know your voice your not calling enough. These are indeed the times that try staffers souls, assuming they have one.

  7. Alby says:

I’m glad to see he’ll get off his ass for a Constitutional crisis, but I’d like to see it take a little less. Not that we’ll lack for Constitutional crises in the immediate future…

  8. Delawarelefty says:

“May the first hand to reach across the aisle, be cut off and mounted on a pike”. I foresee a one handed Joe Manchin in the near future.

  9. Alby says:

I see a lot of people being nicknamed “Lefty” if that catches on, he said offhandedly.

  10. RE Vanella says:

One battle at a time. If there’s evidence he actually turned up with people in the street I will hand deliver a thank you note to his Wilmington office next week.

    It’ll say:

Glad to see you out. Now stay out there. This can not stop. Resist.

On another note, I still plan to turn up for this 07:30 Carney thing tomorrow on the Riverfront. I’ll submit a report. A few questions on expectations. Is the dog to ride the pony or does the governor ride the pony holding the dog? Or some other combination? Will there be PowerPoints with graphs?

(P.S. Attend the public debut of the Network tomorrow evening. They are like organized and motivated. All hands to deck is what Prof Newton recommended. I agree 100%.)

  11. RE Vanella says:

This just in. News Journal reporter Brittany Horn quoted (via Twitter) Senator Carper from the PHL protest. Guess who’s getting a friendly visit next week? Well done. Keep going. Long way to go.

  12. pandora says:

Rep. Lisa Blunt-Rochester attended the PHL protest with Carper.
