It is DL setting/code hacked or somehow gone wacky. Likely suspects include Tom Gordon, Mayor Williams, Puck, Anonymous, the crying Indian from those old ads, Collin Kapernick, The NRA, Putin, and PIZZA HUT’s® NEW BACON STUFFED CRUST PIZZA WITH NEW APPLEWOOD SMOKED BACON
If I had to guess I would say something is making either the main column or the right column wider – perhaps a graphic or other element that is a little too big and refuses to shrink. That would force the contents of the right column below the main column instead of side-by-side.
Oh – now it’s side by side again.
Only when you click on an article. Home is still screwed up. That’s where your efforts should be focused. Try Monday Daily Delaware because it’s an Instagram photo.
Yes, if you are on the home page, the right column is pushed below. If you are within an article, the column shows up.

Except for when you are within the Monday Daily Delaware page – then the right column is below again. So that’s the one that is a little too big somewhere. The problem will keep happening until Monday Daily Delaware scrolls off the home page. it’s probably not worth figuring it out – just delete the post, we won’t miss it.
Check the home page now. Any better?

Noting for future reference, just in case;
It was the Monday Delawhere Instagram post (as noted above, though I eyed that Pizza Hut pizza initially): was a hair too wide at 658px, I dropped it to 600px. None of the other IG pics seem to be troublemakers. Just that one.
