Angry Trump Accepts RNC’s Commission to Flush America’s Toilet in 75 Minute Rant

Just as stunned by the blatantly authoritarian theme and tones of his speech as everyone, I was wondering how we got here. How has an entire political party thrown objective reality out of the window and replaced with with such a dark and diseased view of America. A country, while far from perfect, is still pretty good.

I came back to the fact that Donald Trump has said that he gets his information, not from reading, but by watching “The shows.” By that he meant by having Fox News on playing in whatever room or vehicle he happens to be graced with his presence.

That means he starts his day with ‘Fox & Friends’ hosted by Brian Kilmeade, Steve Doocy which glides into ‘America’s Newsroom hosted by Bill Hemmer, Martha MacCallum. Around 11:00 ‘Happening Now’ hosted by Jenna Lee, Jon Scott comes on followed by ‘Outnumbered’ hosted by Andrea Tantaros, Harris Faulkner, and Sandra Smith who, according to Fox are…”outspoken… out of the box…outrageous & outstandingly smart!”

Then it is back to ‘Happening Now’ with Jenna Lee, Jon Scott which becomes ‘The Real Story’ until 3:00 when ‘Shepard Smith Reporting’ allows Shepard Smith to comment on the day’s events. Then ‘Your World With Neil Cavuto’ mixes in some business “news” after which ‘The Five’ hosted by Dana Perino, Eric Bolling, Greg Gutfeld, Juan Williams, and Kimberly Guilfoyle discuss “the hot topics that have everyone talking.”

At 6:00 ‘Special Report w/ Bret Baier’ focuses on “what’s happening inside the Beltway and on the world stage.” At
7PM it is ‘On the Record w/ Greta Van Susteren’ 8PM ‘The O’Reilly Factor’ which is “Hard-hitting and in your face!”

At 9PM The Kelly File and at 10PM “Candid, controversial, and completely unleashed, Sean Hannity brings you political news of the day!”

With a steady diet of this doom and gloom misanthropy, is it any wonder Donald Trump thinks (in spite of all evidence to the contrary) that America is a fucking shit hole? There is no pretense of objectivity. There is only wall to wall hate and fear mongering. Pickled in this hatred and myopic gloom, Donald Trump is ready to give birth to a new age in America. An age of “LAW AND ORDER” and an age completely unburdened by the debilitating effects of “political correctness.” In short an age of one man, one vote. His vote.
