John Carney Just Voted with the Republicans. He cannot be our next Governor.

Filed in National by on November 19, 2015

He just disqualified himself from future political office with his vote today. He must be defeated at all costs in the coming Democratic Primary. Too bad there are no Democrats willing to step up and challenge him at the moment.

What a chickenshit douche of a vote. Who is even running against him in the primary? Don’t say Mike Miller. I may have to make the paragon of pointless and futile acts and vote for the Green Party.

He’s a Nazi. Just like Trump, Carson, and all the other rabid dogs.

Memo to all Syrian males: if you’re coming to Delaware, better buy a round-trip ticket, because you’re going to need a new place to live as soon as John Carney takes the oath of office.

  4. Geezer says:

He’s half the man Ruth Ann Minner was.

  5. mouse says:

FU Carney. I’m going to do everything I can to work against you

  6. SussexAnon says:

“Half the Man Ruth Ann Was” Is his campaign slogan.

Republicans don’t need to validate their views. Dems do it for them.

Please someone at least mount a nominal challenge to him in a primary. Please.

  9. CFM says:

I was absolutely appalled when I saw this. Why? If it was some political calculation what on earth is he worried about? Lacey Lafferty? I won’t vote for him again.

OK, now we’ve got 8 suggestions for challengers in the poll. Someone at DL thinks they would be better than Carney as governor. Could well be true. But I’ll bet that none of them (well, maybe Kowalko) will call Carney out on his vote. And because no elected Democrat of any significance will call him out, there is zero chance of anyone mounting a primary challenge — no matter how outraged we might be.
Come on, Baumbach; come on, Bryan; come on, Bethany; come on, Matt, show some courage and tell Carney he’s wrong.
