A new punishment for people who litter at the beach

If you’re like me, one thing you can’t stand are those annoying tourists blatantly discarding their trash on our pristine beaches.

Well, FEAR NOT, because Piper has come up with an appropriate punishment for those ecological parasites.

    The last fatal shark attack in New Jersey was in 1926, and no recorded shark attack in Delaware has been fatal (the most recent being a 16 year old wounded by a shark at Cape Henlopen in 2014), so fortunately, this one is not in extremely poor taste for anyone in the local area.
