Three will be from people who are equally worried about the budget deficit and their taxes being raised. One will be from someone in Sussex who is trying to get an easement and one will be about Obamacare.

To his credit, Carney posted the audio.
To his demerit, he hedged, spoke and vague generalities and basically ducked question after question. And, I am happy to report, the questions were excellent.
Many asked directly for more progressivity in the tax code, and nearly all callers noted that taxes on corporations needed to be collected more fairly. There were some genuinely engaged and insightful constituents on the line.
Sadly John Carney didn’t address many questions directly, but meandered around for a bit and didn’t allow any follow up questions. For example on a question regarding corporate tax deductions, Carney ended up stating that lobbyists have a lot of power and our tax code has to take into account the fact that other countries have low taxes.
In other words, complete bullshit.
