Houses on Green Street in Middletown. I don’t usually post pictures of random un-famous houses, but I loved the color of the tree. Does anyone else think that the fall colors this year have been especially … .well… colorful and longlasting. Prior years recently the peak color was short and sweet with more brown and bleh than not.

Great foliage this year. I was just commenting on it to Mrs. Not as Liberal as me.

Ya know what Del Dem? I honestly think EVERY year the autumn foliage in Middletown is a cut above. Seriously. You have a random photo on Green Street, a photo on Broad St. by the old St. Anne’s Episcopal Church never disappoints as an absolute postcard worthy entry.

Maybe it’s just a perfect longitude-latitude thing or something, but the colors really do come alive in the fall whether it’s Green Street or Cass Street in Middletown. They wear it well. Wouldn’t you agree Mr. jason330?

Nice colors this year. Best at the beach of course

Indeed JC. Middletown is the Vermont of Southern new Castle County.

The trees on Middletown’s streets have all gotten a lot bigger since I was a kid there. And there are some new ones as well. The old oak tree at Old St. Anns keeps hanging in there.
