Kansians voted that shitbird (Brownback) back for another four years, so whatever the reality of the budget is, deal with it… The only real option available to voters was to vote the turd out, but they didn’t, so maybe a simple majority really like having massive budget shortfalls and wholesale stripping of citizen services.

Have a friend who lives in Kansas, when I ask him how he can take it he reminds me he’s from Texas originally. Brownback’s reelection remains a mystery, he’s very unpopular and more than a few Republicans wanted him and his “experiment” gone. This is the result of not voting, now they, and we, must live with it.
