I once took a corner too fast on this road, hit some gravel, went into a 360 degree spin and plowed into one of these stone walls. The wall was not damaged. I was.

Brandywine SPRINGS or Brandywine Creek STATE PARK area?

Also, a 360 degree spin (that would be a full circle if my 4th grade geometry serves me correctly) leaves you exactly where you started. I hope you didn’t intentionally plow into a stone wall built by poor drunken Irishmen in the off-season.

I’m with LeBay. Us Delaware folk kinda know all the Brandywines and Blackbirds around here, and it’s amazing how one creek, or one station can put you in another whole part of the country :).

    Now about those hundreds…….

Just remember when you drink Wilmington water in the late dry summer, its from the Brandywine and comprised almost entirely of sewage treatment plant effulent

Brandywine Creek. My apologies. And it was several 360s and one fine 90/180 that send me into the wall. Don’t confuse me with your fancy math!
