Bonini now Copeland’s failure sponge

Filed in National by on September 30, 2014

In his ongoing attempt to prevent any of his DNA from being found on the DEGOP’s utter failure this fall, Copeland has appointed Colin Bonini to stand in front of the shit fan.

Dear Republican Friend,

I am tremendously excited to announce that I have appointed Senator Colin Bonini as Chairman of the Delaware GOP’s Victory Program! The final weeks of the campaign are the most critical, and there’s no one I’d trust more with this operation than Colin.

The Republican Party of Delaware’s Victory Program is the State Party’s premier “Get out the Vote” operation, and will motivate and mobilize thousands of supporters in all three counties of our state. This energy and enthusiasm will be central to getting our candidates across the finish line come November, and I can feel the swell of support rising already.

I served with Colin in the State Senate, and I know firsthand of his passion for and dedication to electing Republicans. Though I’m no longer a member of the state legislature, Colin is, and he fights vigorously and daily for the advancement of sound Republican legislation. I look forward to him bringing that same determination and positive spirit to the Victory Program.

I hope you’ll join me in thanking Colin for devoting his time and energy to Republican victory. The best way to send a loud, strong message is to please make a generous contribution of $10, $15, $20, $25, or even $50 dollars to the Delaware Republican Party. In these crucial final weeks, every penny counts, and with the Democrats on their heels, each contribution brings our party on step closer to victory.

Please join me in thanking Colin and charging forward to November 4th.

On to victory!
Charlie Copeland
Chairman

Bonini couldn’t beat Chip Flowers, and now he’s in charge of a Victory Program. If Charlie was serious about even preserving one GOP seat at the table, he would have put Mr. Striped Suspenders in charge.

Leadership change with the election weeks away? Feel the momentum!

Coaches don’t leave/get replaced when they are headed to victory.

Between Bonini and Suspender Dude who has less energy and drive?

  3. This one will almost certainly resurface on an end-of-the-year Top 10 list. Priceless.

  4. no surprise says:

    Really? Now that’s funny. Bonini?

  5. Bukushaka says:

I think Jason has a man-crush on Charlie.

  6. Copeland’s quite the dabbler, isn’t he?

Party chair, suddenly finds himself too busy 5 weeks before election day to, you know, be involved in the election.

Selects the only guy he knows who isn’t doing anything to fill in for him.

A foolproof plan except…Colin Bonini NEVER does anything, even when he’s getting paid for it. Not to mention, fundraiser buffet costs just increased by 10%.

  7. Jason330 says:

How does the fact that Bonini one of the top grifters making a fool out of Dan Anderson fits into this?

  8. Boniscott says:

Can’t get over the striking resemblance between Colin and Jason.

    Separated at birth?

  9. Jason330 says:

    I know, right?

  10. Boniscott says:

    Spooky.

  11. Mike Protack says:

    GOP losses will be substantial.

  12. Jason330 says:

Why do I sudden feel like the GOP is going to over perform?

Mike — how substantial can GOP losses be? There’s hardly anything left to lose.
