Hi Folks, time is winding down to submit your comments to the FCC on net neutrality: http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/07/15/fcc-pushes-back-deadline-to-comment-on-net-neutrality-to-july-18/.
    Here’s my comment:
In 2006 I started working as a comcast customer service rep. At the time, they were starting the rollout of their VOIP phone service. Vonage was already established as the first kid on the block and the market leading provider. As a CSR we were told to tell Comcast/Vonage users that the dropped calls and failure to connect issues were because the Vonage system was really incompatible with the comcast network. We should tout all the values of using the service that would be provided by the very ISP that gives you the internet. It was clear from talking with the network techs that they were impeding the Vonage traffic.
Comcast already knows how to block internet traffic-they got caught blocking BitTorrent streams a year later.
Today the R’s in congress were planning on attaching an amendment to the spending bill which would strip the FCC of its power to rule on net neutrality.
Please take a minute and drop the FCC a line, otherwise, we might not be able to see Daily Delawhere or get any other info that TPTB don’t want us to know!

Yesterday, Martin Heinrich, socialist party senator from New Mexico, assured Harry Reid, that he is sure that the border in New Mexico is secure. Boy, that’s a relief, I was born and raised on the border in El Paso Texas, and have lived in New Mexico for 30 years. My whole life the flow of illegal immigrants into New Mexico and Texas has been a huge problem for our states, (New Mexico, and Texas). I am finally glad this problem is over. Thanks Hary Reid and Martin Heinrich for setting my mind at ease.
