‘It’s a Shore Thing’ #3: Time for some traffic problems

Just before leaving the Philly suburbs to run his father’s bed & breakfast in the sleepy Shore town of North Lower Bayheightsville, Dan Featherstone received a strange email from an anonymous Christie staffer which simply read, “Time for some traffic problems.” Although, he is fortunate the family didn’t have to travel through Wilmington.
