    Because they bought another bag of magic beans looking to add many, many more jobs to the state!
    Anyone remember that during the hearings on the bill, the law makers had to change the definition of natural gas to call it a renewable resource? Definitely renewable, only takes a couple of million years under the ground for your yard waste to become natural gas!
