    Only 45.3% of the people residing in Delaware were born here. I don’t know what that means from a political perspective. You would have to know the characteristics of the newbies assess that (which can be gleaned from the census data).

    Please note also, the native born delawareans still use lanterns. We will crush you with flashlights and other modern technology imported from New Jersey.

    “Only 45.3% of the people residing in Delaware were born here”. My guess is this would equal the percentage of Delawareans with a strange fascination for license plates
