“Plan B” Fails – John Boehner is a national joke

Boehner is now a SPINO, “Speaker in name only.” He didn’t have the votes to pass “Plan B” and he doesn’t have enough votes to close a deal with the President prior to going down the fiscal slope. He doesn’t even have standing to negotiate.
