John McCain, crazy old man, gets one right
McCain is an angry old man filled with bile who keeps just yelling out a bunch of crazy shit. The thing about crazy angry old guys is that once in a while they say something that makes sense.
“Colin Powell, interestingly enough, said that Obama got us out of Iraq,” McCain told the National Review. “But it was Colin Powell, with his testimony before the U.N. Security Council, that got us into Iraq.”
Sadly, I doubt that this is the start of some kind of clear thinking on Iraq from the right. Tomorrow McCain will be rambling on about “AGENDA 21!” or some bullshit, and the glorious Bush victory in Iraq will be the best thing that ever happened.
Crazy old man got a lot right. Unfortunately, it was ‘Crazy Old Man v.2000’ not ‘Crazy old man v.2001 – 2012’
This so called crazy old man served his country with the utmost honor. He was a tortured POW for 7 years. You might disagree with his politics but could you show this war veteran a little bit of respect.
Being a war vet doesn’t get you a pass for the kind of lunacy that McCain is being critiqued for here. Besides, you’ll note that it is McCain’s politics that is being disrespected — not his service.
Calling him a crazy old man is disrespecting him as a person and he deserves better than that.

No, he doesn’t. He thrust Sarah Palin upon the world. Any respect he was entitled to as a war hero and a U.S. Senator was thrown out the window at that moment.
He is a bitter old man who is not particularly bright. He has lost the integrity he had in 2000.
McCain still didn’t get it right. It wasn’t Colin Powell who got us into Iraq, that decision was made before 9/11 by the neo-cons, Dick head Cheney and puppet Bush! McCain IS a bitter old man whom I feel has tarnish his war hero status long ago. I’m of the mind that it doesn’t make you a hero to drop bombs on innocent villagers half a world away that did nothing to you or your country. McCain is a horses ass of the highest order.
