Mitt Romney deliberately got booed by UK to appeal to Teabags

Filed in National by on July 27, 2012

(iAP) The Romney campaign has admitted that they deliberately got the Republican presidential candidate booed by the United Kingdom to attract the votes of conservatives.

Romney was booed continuously on Wednesday and Thursday as part of the campaign is calling its “double reverse charm offensive” which was launched at the NAACP convention in Houston last month.

“We put the emphasis on offensive,” a source close to the campaign stated. “The more snobby British people and blacks appear to not like Romney the more popular he becomes to our base.” Adding, “We hope Romney goes into November as the most hated candidate of the modern era.”

It’s hard to take your eyes away from the Romney trainwreck.

Before he left for Europe, Mitt Romney spoke to the VFW in Reno and said in his dealings with other nations, Obama had given “insult where it is not deserved, and apology where it is not due.” Romney also accused Obama of having “diminished American leadership” around the world and suggested his administration had put the lives of American service members at risk by leaking classified national security details.

But within hours of stepping off the plane at Heathrow, Mitt Romney had: insulted our closest ally, issued an apology, leaked a security secret, been denounced by the mayor of his host city, heard 60,000 Londoners chant Obama’s campaign slogan “Yes We Can,” and acquired the nickname “Mitt the Twit.” All before dinner.

There isn’t enough popcorn in the world.

And that was on the soil of our closest ally, with a common language and shared Anglo-Saxon roots. Next he goes to Israel, where slips of the tongue have real consequences.

The man simply cannot comport himself verbally. He is now far out his comfort zone, which is a boardroom full of people he owns.

The thing is though, Mitt wasn’t really saying anything different from what he says at home. It’s just that we have become inured to rich Repubican twits speaking that way. According to one tweet:

The most amazing thing today wasn’t #RomneyShambles but how the British media schooled America’s “journalists” regarding Romney’s true face.

So they like Mitt the twit to be booed well after all our guy Mittens stood silent like a wimp when a GOP mob booed an active duty service member in Iraq. This from a guy who encouraged people to fight in Nam on the Stanford University Campus then dodged the draft and hid out in France during that was. Doesn’t have enough patriotism in him to encourage none of his five sons to serve this country in uniform while it was engaged in 2 wars.Stated they had more important things to do like working on his campaign. Now how UN American can one person get??Oh i forgot by hiding your money offshore to avoid paying taxes in what is known as Benedict Arnold accounts.

“A source close to the campaign”…. Are you kidding me? Where is you’re media filter? This info is less qualified than Fox News!

I keep humming the tune to “Impossible Dream” as I sing Mitt’s theme song, “To screw the unscrewable pooch…”
