Morans

Filed in National by on May 1, 2012

Five morans – they’re so stupid they can’t be called morons – were arrested for allegedly trying to destroy a bridge outside of Cleveland.

Talking Points Memo reports:

The group of five alleged anarchists who authorities say plotted to blow up a bridge outside of Cleveland in commemoration of the Occupy “May Day” protests switched their plans several times and were suspicious that the undercover agent who sold them fake explosives was, in fact, a cop.

In other good news, these yahoos were rejected by the Occupy movement. Sorry, Tea Baggers, no conspiracy there. But keep on looking.

Kudos to the FBI for another successful sting.

That’s the really nice bridge in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Its nearby National Park is one of the few nice things that Cleveland has going for it.

If anarchists really want to make the world better, why aren’t they out there trying to destroy the worst things?

@Liberal Elite – perhaps because in the exuberance of youth we have almost no chance of realizing that the worst things in the world are sometimes within. Projection 101. Not even age is a fail safe there. Learning something every day is knowledge, letting go of something every day is Wisdom. Not sure but think that’s a zen thing. I’m fifty, know a man a little older who was the prez of his campus SDS. My government studies teacher in HS. Still teaches btw. He’s much less partisan perhaps more cynical of politicians in general. Overall a lot more mellow. I don’t buy nemski giving ows a pass, based on some statements coming out of DL re ‘teabaggers’ and such. But that’s his problem not mine. 🙂
