Rick Santorum is now the stronger general election candidate against President Obama. I assume the reason for that is he inspires social theocratic fascists and is largely unknown to the rest of the general nonpartisan population, while Romney is now pretty much hated by everyone everywhere.

REPUBLICAN PRIMARY — PRESIDENT

A new Associated Press-GfK poll finds that only 23% of Republican primary voters are strongly satisfied with the field and 40% said they are dissatisfied with the candidates running. Meanwhile, just 40% of Republicans say they have a great deal of interest in following the contest, compared with 48% in December.

MICHIGAN (Rasmussen): Santorum 38, Romney 34, Paul 10, Gingrich 9
WASHINGTON (PPP): Santorum 38, Romney 27, Paul 15, Gingrich 12
WISCONSIN (Marquette Law School Poll): Santorum 34, Romney 18, Paul 17, Gingrich 12
ARIZONA (NBC News-Marist): Romney 43, Santorum 27, Gingrich 16 and Paul 11.
MICHIGAN (NBC News-Marist): Romney 37, Santorum 35, Paul 13, Gingrich 8.
NATIONAL (Quinnipiac): Santorum 35, Romney 26, Gingrich 14 and Paul 11. Santorum leads Romney in a head-to-head match up by 50% to 37%.
NATIONAL (Associated Press-GfK): Santorum 33, Romney 32, Gingrich 15 and Paul 15.
ARIZONA (CNN/Opinion Research): Romney 36, Santorum 32, Gingrich 18, Paul 6

GENERAL ELECTION — PRESIDENT

WISCONSIN (Marquette Law School Poll): Obama D. Santorum (51-40); Obama d. Romney (53-38); Obama d. Paul (52-36); Obama d. Gingrich (56-33).

Look who is guilty of “voter fraud”! Why it is a Gingrich delegate on the list for Illinois!

    🙄

  2. V says:

Anybody notice the article on teachers having inappropriate sexual relationships with students on the front page of TNJ this morning?

WHY WERE ALL OF THEM FROM SUSSEX? (except the guy from Dover high)

Seriously, is there something in water fountains down there? 2 EACH from Sussex Central and Seaford in the last 6 or so years.

Not that I want people like that teaching up in New Castle County schools (and I know it’s happened up here before), but I was surprised they seemed geographically clustered.

  3. cassandra m says:

For everyone who was offended by Mormons posthumously baptizing people — you have the chance to make Mormons posthumously gay.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

  4. Joanne Christian says:

Now that’s posthumoRusly funny–and I’m sure if the good Lord wanted that conversion done, I’d sure be relieved that someone was here to handle it :)!

  5. Joanne Christian says:

But on another note–how come 300 people fighting in Laurel( or some other little town) is a “brawl”, but 15 fighting in Wilmington is a “riot”? I can’t look it back up, because I just got zapped w/ the new NJ firewall for subsciption service. I’m really going to have to think about that.

  6. Delaware Dem says:

You know the answer to that question already, Joanne.

Democratic legislators with lady parts are on a roll — Georgia Representative introduced a bill to ban vasectomies.

  8. MJ says:

V – those schools are in WESTERN Sussex, not to be confused with the Rehoboth Beach-Lewes-Dewey Beach progressive part of the county.

  9. Another Mike says:

After 1 day, my email address and/or password for TNJ has already stopped working.

  10. Truth Teller says:

According to reports to day the Mormon cult want’s to baptize Ann Frank now how sick and insulting is that.

Today is your last chance to delete your history from Google. Tomorrow you can’t do it anymore. Read here for details. Or just follow this procedure:

The history you have to delete is on Google.com. When you’re signed in, Google keeps track of where you’re going and what you’re looking at, and stores that history on its server files.

Today only you can still delete that data, by following the instructions provided by EFF.

    Getting Google to forget you:

First, log in to your Google account.

    Then go to https://google.com/history.

Click the button marked “Delete all history.”

    Click OK.

That’s it. History is a toggle, so once you turn it off it should stay that way until you reactivate it.
