I am not sure what the building is but it sits next to Immanuel Church on the Green.
This was taken in Maryland.
Andy is close. This is the old New Castle Academy, on 3rd Street facing the Green in Old New Castle. The building was built in 1799.
Ive driven by it a bunch of times one of the advantages of being a DART Para Transit Driver
