I can’t place either that reflected building or water tower in Newark, but I could be wrong.
Are there water towers in downtown Newark? I think their water comes from up the hill, therefore no need for a tower, unless it predates the reservoir.

I dont see a watertower in the reflection. at first i though it looked like the learningstation/ DP dough window… but i dont think this is main street. JSG knows where it is

You are right – at first glance it looked like a water tower in the background. But I zoomed in and it is some kind of cupola on stilts. Should be very distinctive, to those who know.

Or it could be Delaware Street, in Old New Castle, with the reflection of the Court House.

The Square in Old New Castle and the reflection is definitely the Old Court House.
