Biden touched on not giving Wall Street immunity in a deal while the investigations of the banks robo-signing, securitization, origination and false claims are still ongoing. It is cheaper for banks to foreclose than to service the note. The banks have lost track of who owns what is the heart of it. The banks took the robo-signing short cuts for two reasons: to avoid billions of title recordation fees and to enable the nimble sell, sell, sell of securities.

He also talked about BCBS’ claim that they are ‘too small to survive’ and trying to sell out without protecting the Delaware reserves they built by not paying DE Corp. taxes for 75 years.

    Good job!

My apologies Nancy and all, it was a crazy weekend and a crazy Monday, so I wasn’t able to keep up with the comments.

We should all be asking the Sheriffs in all three counties, to stop putting people out of their homes if there has been no court action. We know that many banks don’t even have a copy of your mortgage! Some sheriffs offices around the country are doing just that. Unless the case has been adjudicated in court, the sheriff should refuses to put you out of your home.
