Delaware’s Kiss Army Demobilized

Filed in Delaware by on February 28, 2011

Bad news Kiss fans.

I was going to interview the General of Delaware’s Kiss Army for my podcast, “Undiluted Delaware – the podcast of Delaware Liberal,” but the Delaware division of that storied fighting force is defunct. (I hope someone is caring for the Kiss Army widows. They also served.) Anyway, I was going to try and find out what it is like to be in the Tea Party by asking someone in the Kiss Army what it is like to dedicate your life to over-hyped, loud, nonsensical, mediocrity.

Maybe I’ll have to talk to an actual teabagger. Now if there was only some way I could get in touch with one of those freaks. A network of electronic messages of some sort… a web, if you will…? Hmmm…

If you add delusional to your qualifications list, you could broaden your candidates to include talking to folks at the CRI.

I sent an email to the leaders of Delaware 9-12 patriots asking for an interview, but have not heard back yet.

If these don;t want to do it, I might have to try and find rank and file Tea Party members to ask questions like…

*What do you make of Tom Ross’s statement?

    * Your backed candidates didn’t do so well in the last election, how
do you see that changing in 2012

    * I thought that the Tea Party was focused on fiscal conservatism, but there seems to be a lot of social conservatism involved – is there a tension?

    * You are very active with six meetings a month statewide, can you
discuss some of the speakers & topics that have generated the most
    interest?

    Stuff like that.

Want to see KISS? Fly on down here to Houston — they are the post-rodeo performer on March 15. Tickets are still available (I’ll be going to Janet Jackson tonight).

There is only ONE way I’d come to Texas. And that’s if there was a DIRECT flight to Austin. The only sane place in the whole state.Until the Texicanos take over, Texas is a place I’ll never visit or spend money on businesses quartered there.
Man, that state is all fuck up.

how will you tell them from the Rodeo clowns? (answer… the rodeo clowns are the ones who might have some talent)
