Oberly Sworn In as US Attorney

Former Attorney General for Delaware Charles Oberly was sworn in as the US Attorney for the District of Delaware. The News Journal reported that it took almost 18 months to select Oberly from Sen. Tom Carper’s perspective list. Hmm, I wonder if that stall tactic was punishment for Carper being a Blue Dog Democrat.
