Two Political Films You Should See at Theatre N

Directly from the Theatre N Program Manager, two really intriguing-looking films playing this month outside of the theater’s usual weekend rotation that ought to appeal to political junkies:

Tuesday, October 12th at 7:30 pm: Gerrymandering, running time: 77 minutes. Gerrymandering is a documentary film about the hidden business of congressional redistricting, and the ongoing power struggle between political parties to determine who controls Congress for the next 10 years. This screening of Gerrymandering will be followed by a live simulcast Q&A with filmmakers and talent associated with the film.

Wednesday, October 20th at 8:30 pm: 11/4/08, running time: 70 minutes. 11/4/08 is a documentary that consists of footage shot all over the world on the day Barack Obama was elected President. On Wednesday, October 20th, 11/4/08 will screen simultaneously at theaters around the United States.
