NFL Preview – Spoiler Alert: The Bengals COULD…GO…ALL….THE….WAY…!!!
Bengals Coach Marvin Lewis could have a season worthy of a Disney/ESPN/ABC movie. With Terrell Owens, Chad Ochocinco and the rookies Jordan Shipley and Jermaine Gresham, quarterback Carson Palmer only needs to put the ball in the air and let someone run underneath it. They’ve got a great defense coming back and a “down the stretch” schedule loaded with home games.
Is Owens’ all pro season this year is going to show up Andy Reid for the fraud that he is? Yes. Does that factor into helping me make this pick? I guess so.
It is too nice of a day for me to give the rest of my picks right now. Put your thoughts in the comment and I will heap disdain on them later.

I thought that this site was about politics, not sports.
Thankfully, neither Cassandra_M nor Pandora have started a thread about episodes of All My Children or The Gathering Dust.

How you feel about Andy Reid is a barometer for how smart and politically evolved you are.

While politics is our main focus, we love to venture beyond our ‘expertise’. Some people would say that that’s politics.
A couple of predictions: The team that everyone thinks is gonna be good that’s gonna be bad is Minnesota. Book it. Favre’s already on a gimpy ankle, his best receiver out for at least six games, his other great WR suffering from chronic migraines. It’s gonna get real ugly real fast. At least, I hope so.
An ‘under the radar’ team that I think will make the playoffs for the first time ever is the Houston Texans. Indy’s coming back to the pack a bit, J’ville’s a ? I love Tennessee’s coach, but not the roster.

Big Steve/Belinsky–
The No Fun League has more than its share of criminals. But it really is fun to watch them beat the crap out of one another every week in the Fall & early Winter.

“The team that everyone thinks is gonna be good that’s gonna be bad is Minnesota.” I agree 100%
On the NFC side I don;t see any reason for the Saints to come back down to earth.
