O’Donnell Picks Up Another Endorsement on Her Way to Palin Endorsement Valhalla
I’m not sure where the “Teabagger Express” rates in the hierarchy of teabagging entities, but they like O’Donnell:
“Christine O’Donnell has established a reputation as a strong voice for conservative constitutionalists principles consistent with the ideals of the tea party movement,” said Amy Kremer, Chairman of the Tea Party Express and one of the founding activists of the modern tea party movement.
and
“We’re so excited to see the strength behind Christine O’Donnell’s campaign,” said Joe Wierzbicki, Coordinator for the Tea Party Express.
“We long ago announced our intention to hold Mike Castle accountable for his failed record in Congress, and now we have an excellent shot to make sure he is defeated by a solid conservative candidate,” Wierzbicki said.
Foley hopes & tweets that this is but one more domino that leads to the big endorsement domino in the sky falling.
Game Changer? Tea Party Express Endorses Christine O’Donnell http://bit.ly/bh0NVQ Now is the time for Palin and DeMint do same #DESEN
In other O’Donnell news, the wingnut-osphere’s biggest O’Donnell booster, Stacey McCain continues to tout, O’Donnell’s team of Moran, Odom, Foley, and Walker and their ability to lose by only a little.

Castle is going to win the nomination.
What we need to do is convince Crazy Christine that she has a shot as a third party candidate and promote the crap out of her among the Bagz’. I think we progressives and liberals and sane people need to find a way to take advantage of this teabag movement. With the right ground operation do you realize we can get Sarah Palin the GOP nomination in 2012?
I say we warm up with CO. Who’s with me?

I get the sense that the O’Donnell team is half a step ahead of you on that. Recall that their moment of glory was almost wining a three way race when the “moderate” vote was split between a mainline Republican and a Democrat.
I’m not sure when the filing deadline for a political party is, but I’ll bet they know it.
Comment by a.price on 27 July 2010 at 10:32 am:
doesnt matter. Id rather Castle get the official GOP nod, but she get convinced .. maybe by a citizen writing her a letter claiming God spoke to them and told them she MUST be the next senator… that she should stay in the race as a 3rd party and run against Castle.

This is a milestone. Today the “Castle in Trouble” story begins to break out into more mainstream national blogs.

That’s because Christine O’Donnell speaks for every hard-working Delawarean. The media is finally able to see that it’s time to take back our government.

Guess I need to go check my email from them. The last one I saw was asking all of their members to oppose the Disclose Act, because it’s socialist.
Didn’t she run as a third party candidate 2 years ago after losing the GOP nomination?
Comment by jason330 on 27 July 2010 at 11:25 am:
Yep. She took just enough votes away from Protack to allow Jan Ting to win the right to lose to Tom Carper.

Hmmm…it’s interesting how many of O’Donnell’s biggest boosters are out-of-staters.
Comment by Unstable Isotope on 27 July 2010 at 11:42 am:
Tea Party Express – that’s the one that had the spokesman who wrote the crazy fake Lincoln letter?

Stop it Macaca
Comment by MJ on 27 July 2010 at 1:19 pm:
According to Curly at WGOP down here, there is no such word as macaca and it doesn’t mean what everyone says it means. It’s just a liveral, socialist MSM conspiracy.
Comment by Geezer on 27 July 2010 at 2:20 pm:
Funny, but everyone seemed to know what it meant when he used it.
Comment by jason330 on 27 July 2010 at 2:27 pm:
Context is everything.
Comment by Unstable Isotope on 27 July 2010 at 2:51 pm:
“Look at macaca over there,” which Allen later said referred to the tracker’s non-existent mohawk. Allen used to keep a noose in his office, so yeah, context is important.
Comment by delacrat on 27 July 2010 at 2:53 pm:
O’Donnell ain’t goin’ anywhere. So why are you wasting time posting about how awful she is? Is it because there is nothing great to say about Chris Coons?
Comment by jason330 on 27 July 2010 at 3:07 pm:
No. It is because I don’t like Mike Castle.
Comment by nemski on 27 July 2010 at 3:17 pm:
Someone on Twitter just called O’Donnell, The Palin of the East!
Comment by nemski on 27 July 2010 at 3:19 pm:
I guess it’s true, since neither can hold a job.
Comment by jason330 on 27 July 2010 at 3:29 pm:
Because she can turn the world on with her smile, and take a nothing day and suddenly make it all seem worthwhile, I think of her more as the Mary Tyler More of the mid-Atlantic.
