I will let you decide which is which…..

Pic is courtesy of Governor Markell’s Twitter stream. I believe they were all laughing because Governor Markell said to Governor Schwarzenegger at the start of their meeting: “I apologize for all the cameras, they follow me everywhere.”

C’mon, Jack, lose the comb-over, buddy.

Glad to see the Governor having a laugh. He’s had a really tough slough since last January.

What!! I LOVE that “do”–reminds me of a Sunday School boy’s cut, wetted over w/ Brylcreem, or that green bottle stuff by mom before running out the door. Leave ‘em alone.

Jack: Stop saying, “when I wake up every morning jobs are on my mind”. Better you could balance the State’s budget by passing two bills. While you say you want everyone to be involved when real solutions are put before you, you refuse to even review them? Whats up Jack? You are not interested in reforming the agencies of this state, not interested in real reform of any kind, unless some business guy brings it to your attention.
What Markell is attempting to do to teachers and schools in Delaware is an absolute outrage. Bringing in “Teach America” where they hire college educated folk “who are not skilled in the subject they teach”, are contracted to teach in the State for two years tells me Jack has found a way to get rid of Delaware teachers, not paying them good wages and giving them the backup they need. Jack wants to save money on the teach america people because he wont have to pay them benefits or pensions. Its as obvious as the nose on your face. The outside group they brought in spending millions is a total waste of money. Bring in the feds Jack, thats what the federal education people are supposed to do. Review the system and give solutions to the problem and its FREE!

You know, we desparately need to raise the Governor’s pay. If I had to listen to the likes of Liz Allen or Nancy Willing complain every day, I’d kill myself.

FYI Just kiddin’ – my friends that have done Teach for America weren’t qualified in teaching, but were qualified in the subject they taught. ie my friend who was an english major is now an english teacher in a baltimore teach for america school. They have the knowledge, they just teach them the education part. My fiance was looking at TfA but wasn’t able to apply becaue they were looking for people with science/math backgrounds. His is history. He’s brilliant, just no Ed degree. TfA can fix that for you.

DelDem picks on somebody’s hair?

Up your reading game, anon — it isn’t DD who is criticizing anyone’s hair here.

Yeah, as a member of the Folically Challenged, I must say the Governor has more hair than I have had on my head in about 10 years. It was another anon above who said Jack had a combover, and I don’t think that is a combover…
Comment by anon on 15 March 2010 at 1:17 pm:
Dude, that’s clearly a partial combover. C’mon, Jack, just cut it short and embrace the baldness! Pete does!
Comment by liberalgeek on 15 March 2010 at 3:29 pm:
As a guy with a similar hairstyle, I don’t consider that a combover. He is just parting his hair. He has plenty in the center of his head. A combover takes hair from one side and uses it to cover the scalp in the middle. Markell is clearly just parting his hair to the right.
