Markell Signs Table Gaming Bill Into Law

As expected, HB 310 was fast-tracked through the General Assembly this week, and has already been signed into law by the Governor. Ginger Gibson has the story here.
Gibson reports that companion bill, SB 188, is expected to pass the House soon and will then head to the Governor for his signature.

I checked house and senate bills, and so far, it has not been introduced. I’ll check again tom’w AM.

This bill is going to be great for the poor and hopeless…especially those near the venues. How progressive! In the long run this is going to cause much more hardship and pain than it will good.
