How many really believe the Democratic Party in Delaware would actually investigate thoroughly this matter. Dontcha know the dead wood laying under this pile of lies. Go to Page 10 of the report and understand there is no clearing of Lake. A press release written by the attorney hired for Lake by Harris McDowell to hide all the rotten details, can never pass the smell test. Lets hope Beau Biden will actually investigate. I know several people who volunteered information and willing to testify to the AG’S and never have been called! Black and white documents dont lie, only people do.

This is the biggest spin I have ever heard. The AG has not responded. Tom Wagner HAS NOT exonerated PSA. This is another attempt by Willing to make the public believe ALL IS WELL AT PSA. Couldnt be further from the truth. Frank Murphy is Lakes attorney compliments of Harris McDowell….this gets more sticky by the minute. Even the accountant at PSA is working Pro Bono, so is the hired gun attorney for Lake. Hilarious!

Now the fun thing here is that this says nothing substantially different than the Wagner report. It is spun so that it highlights the clearing of Lake of the allegations of taking funds — but it does not clear Lake or the PSA of the serious issues involved with not using or accounting for state funds appropriately. Which still goes to the anemic vision and caretaking of this organization by its Board and by its ED.

Also, Wagner’s report also references an issue sent to the AG for review which this never addresses.
