Cut them some slack and try to understand that they thought they had all the issues settled at least 10 times and then somebody changed the rules. Things will be chaotic, but not because the staff hasn't worked their tails off. Relax, enjoy the other folks at your table. I've always found the JJ to be a great chance to meet some very interesting people and learn stuff. It's an opportunity to climb out of my bubble and make some new friends.
