		<description>Thanks for that!  Rep. Cao didn&#039;t get much attention from the GOP when he ran largely because he was running in such an impossible district.  This year, Jefferson is working to keep his butt out of prison and the impossible district won&#039;t have Jefferson to toss out.  Cao is pretty shrewdly deciding that total wingnuttery won&#039;t get him elected here.</description>
