He is back for a real shot at office. I think the race will come down to Poliquin and Smith both of whom already have 5 figures in the bank for the race. Mayor Hutchison may be tempted to get into the race counting on his popularity to pull him over a third of the vote. If he does, I doubt the rest will try.
