How can you not put a price on life and limb and still get tort reform?

    I don’t know, but I think that all of the crazies howling about a price on life and limb need to be made to pay alot more for their life insurance policies.

    Who cares. It’s < 1% of the total health care expenses. In other words, it's bullshit. Great piece on NPR's All Things Considered yesterday afternoon on this. Another great conservative absolutionist lie.

    Anyway, the tort reform question is a joke. Who cares? It’s less than 1% of total health care expenses. Great piece on NPR’s All Things Considered yesterday afternoon explaining it.

    Do what the British do…make unsuccessful plaintiffs responsible for the defendants’ legal expenses, and thus, cut frivolous lawsuits.
