I know how I’d “fix” California if I was a Republican.
I’d cut taxes for the rich, make praying to Jesus compulsory in public schools and shoot an abortion doctor or two. That should do it.

You forgot chastity belts that only come off with keys that are only given out by priests when the marriage license is signed. That is extremely important to the economy, along with force fed blind patriotism.

California is in a huge mess. They really need Constitutional reform.

California has spent too much, grown too much government and produced no value for the citizens of the state.
Yes, a constitutional convention to change the methods and madness would he helpful.
