Someday in the future, when the last Delaware smoker buys the last pack of cigarettes, it will cost him $90.00.
$89.00 of which will be taxes.

Since I quit smoking 5 years and 2 months ago, I officially no longer care about this.
But by the time cigarettes get to $90/pack, some Republican somewhere will be looking to create a tax break for them.

I’ve always said that I’ll quit smoking when I can’t afford it anymore..
Looks like I’m quitting in July

People will still pay it, and young kids will still get hooked.
