The Republican Plan

Filed in National by on January 25, 2009

Editor’s Note: I’m sorry about all the profanity lately, but it is nearly impossible to talk about what Republicans have done to the country without using some form of the terms, “Fucked,” “Screwed” or “Ass Raped.”

Having said that; it appears that “The Republican Plan” is to fuck the country for another two years by being obstructionist and hope that the country blames the ass-raping on Democrats when the mid-term elections roll around.

  1. you have to give them credit, they know how to stick together.

they know how to put country first…

  2. Unstable Isotope says:

I think as a political plan, it isn’t half bad. It’s the kind of plan you put forward when you don’t have ideas of your own. As a plan for the country, it’s horrible.

  3. jason330 says:

It is shocking how the idea of governing never enters the picture for these guys.

Here is Charlie Copeland on his blog advancing “The Republican Plan.”

But the real way to fix the GOP in one step? It’s already been done. Lose big during the 2008 elections. Politics is cyclical. The party of the President will lose favor over time and the opposite party will advance (sadly, third parties won’t). With time, GOP candidates will win again and the cycle will continue.

Just kick back and collect some dividends and pounce when the time is ripe.

Awesome thinking there Copeland you dumbass.

  4. Truth Teller says:

When are the Dem’s going to figure it out they won fuck the Repuk’s pass our bill the hell with them and McSame also

  5. Unstable Isotope says:

Copeland’s plan is to lose? If so, he and the Republicans are doing a great job!

    The Tao of Charlie.

It is all the ebb and flow of nature. Night always follows day as winter follows summer. Democrats run things for 50 years bringing peace and prosperity then Republicans get a chance for ten and fuck things up like crazy.

We are all just twigs borne on the shoulders of a mighty river of time.

  7. Nancy says:

Is Dave Burris a sock puppet for Copeland?

  8. The Dems have the House, Senate and Presidency. The Dems have the State House, state Seate and Governorship.

If you can’t do anything positive with those facts then the GOP is not the problem your own party is.

Blaming everyone else like a eight year old is not likely to change anything.

    My brain just exploded.

Jason, that quote up there wasn’t written by Charlie, it was written by another blogger on the site.

  11. Laughing Hard says:

Actually, all the use of profanity just demonstrates how incapable you Bush-haters are of having a real discussion on the merits. It’s entirely possible to disagree without being disagreeable, but when folks start swearing to make their point, they really have no point to make at all, except to embarrass themselves and prove themselves closed-minded and incapable of rational discussion.

  12. jason330 says:

    “Blahbity blah..blah blah…”

Says a stinking little turd who proudly voted for Bush twice. The fact is there are no more points to make rational or otherwise.

You, Sir, are a low down unAmerican fuck wit and that is that.

It was credited to “ResoluteDetermination.” Charlie owns that post until it is credited to someone else.

Is Dave Burris a sock puppet for Copeland?

Don’t know, but I have a hunch Frank Knotts is ghostwriting for Steve Larrimore.

“Fuck Saddam. we’re taking him out.”
    G. W. Bush

“All right. You’ve covered your ass, now.”
    G. W. Bush

“There’s Adam Clymer — major league asshole — from the New York Times”
    G. W. Bush

    “Go Fuck Yourself”
    Dick Cheney

    Umm, O.K.

  15. anon says:

anonone – it’s useless… Republicans say they hate Bush now too.

    Bush – Out
    Sarah Palin – In

  16. Sharon says:

What the heck is wrong with you people? You control both houses of Congress and the presidency and you STILL have to blame Republicans for your idiocy.

  17. liberalgeek says:

No, we blame Republicans for their idiocy. We want them to own it. This means you, Sharon.

Call your Republican Congressional delegation and tell them not to be obstructionist. Tell them to give the Democrats all the rope that they need. Go ahead.

Then you can run on how bad the policies have been in two years. Unfortunately for you, we would be in much better shape and only the Democrats to thank.

Willing to take that bet, Sharon? I am.

  18. jason330 says:

You lost her when you used the word “delegation.”

  19. Maria Evans says:

Sorry, but Charlie still didn’t write that post, you can look up the profile for resolutedetermination. Different person.

  20. Maria Evans says:

“It was credited to “ResoluteDetermination.” Charlie owns that post until it is credited to someone else.”

Um, it’s credited to “ResoluteDetermination” Charlie posts under his own name, ANON.

OK… but Steve Larrimore is really Frank Knotts, right?
