It doesn’t surprise me. At noon, my car was nearly blown off the Girard Point bridge in Philly. But the winds seem to have died down now.
Power kept flickering, but thankfully never went out. Good thing, since I don’t have a plan B for tonight!

Well, even though I do have power, that doesn’t mean I don’t care about those who don’t!
Up here in the southern Poconos, the wind was whipping; with the air temperature around 21º F, the wind chill was around zero. I almost had to roll down my sleeves!
Why can’t we get breezes like this in August?
The power stayed on and we all partied hardy
