Not being from Delaware, do you know if is legal for Biden to be on the Ballot for both Senate and VP. I believe it was legal for Lieberman in CT in 2000.

No, there’s nothing that says Biden can’t run for both at the same time, which he technically will.
The real issue is, will TNJ have this in their print edition tomorrow morning? Did they jump the gun and go for it? Are we simply going to see “Biden is frontrunner, may be announced as VP cand. today?”
