I don’t know about Beau’s perforance as AG… I live in CA. But let me tell you, he gave one hell of an introductory speech for his dad Joe Biden for Vice President. Every word sounded authentic and completely genuine. I sense a bigger future in politics for Beau.

I wish you wouldn’t make it partisan issue, the former Kent Co GOP chair is part of the unit. I was until recently, but the Guard had need of me elsewhere. You could also note along with John McCain’s sons, Sarah Palin’s oldest son. I weary of the Democrats are traitors and Republicans are chicken hawks mantras. Can’t we just respect each other and debate the issues?

He and the rest the Unit will be in my thoughts and prayers daily.

AG Biden is a good man and a true patriot. I have the utmost respect for him. That is not a partisan issue in my view.

Did I somehow miss the notice that John McCain has one son in the Naval Academy and another on active duty in the war?

After all, if you think that Joe Biden gets credit for his son’s reserve unit being called up, wouldn’t you be giving that same credit to John McCain?

I haven’t heard any smears on McCain’s military service from Obama’s camp or otherwise. I’ve only heard that it doesn’t make one more able to serve as President.
